The 13th edition of the Seoul Global Movie Awards (or Seoul International Film Awards) was held at Seoul Dragon City in Yongsan, Seoul, on Wednesday afternoon, December 10, 2025. Billed as the “Star’s Night – Korea’s Top Star Awards Ceremony,” the prestigious series kicked off in 2012 to honour directors and actors. This year’s event looked at movies released between August 2024 and November 2025, including the ones receiving OTT premieres during this period.

Beloved South Korean entertainers like Cha Woo Min, TWICE’s Dahyun, Song Ji Hyo, Kim Dong Wan, Lee Yu Bi, Kim Min Jong, Lee Joo Seung, Jung Hye Sun, Baek Il Seop, Kim Hye Yoon, Bang Hyo Rin, Jung Sung Il, Park See Soon, Han Ji Eun, Sung Dong Il, Kim Bo Seong, Kim Ji Hoon, Park Ji Hwan, Lee Ha Nui and Park Hee Soon attended the ceremony among many others.

Already hailed as a pan-Asian favourite, the film acquired by top Korean company DreamFact Entertainment, become the first such Indian movie to bag two big honours at the Seoul Global Movie Awards 2025.
