Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) announced the results of the Telangana Intermediate Public Examination (IPE) for 1st and 2nd year courses that were taken by approximately 1 million candidates. Students can download their scorecards through the official website, tsbie.cgg.gov.in, results.cgg.gov.in and examresults.ts.nic.in. The downloaded scorecard will reveal if the student has passed the exam.

- Step-1: Visit the official TSBIE website located at tsbie.cgg.gov.in.
- Step-2: Navigate to the TS Inter Result 2024 link and click on it.
- Step-3: Input your login credentials and proceed by clicking submit.
- Step-4: Your result will be displayed on the screen.
- Step-5: the result and download it for your records.
- Step-6: Remember to print a copy for future use.
Passing percentage
According to an official statement, to qualify for the TSBIE examination candidates are required to secure a minimum of 33 per cent in each subject and overall for both SSC and IPE. The official data reveals the total passing percentage of candidates as 60.01 per cent in the first year and 64.19 per cent in the second year. The percentage depicts the total number of students who have passed the exam or secured more than 33 per cent to qualify for the Telangana intermediate exam. This time too, girls have outperformed the boys, securing a higher percentage of passing than boys in the same exam.
Girls outshone boys again!
The recent data on passing candidates have marked more qualified female students than the boys who appeared for the same exam. According to the released data, a total of 68.68% of girls have qualified for the exams great numbers as compared to 54.66% of boys in first year exam. Meanwhile, in the second-year exams, there are a total of 71.57% of female candidates who have secured passing marks in comparison to 55.6% of males.
As per last year’s data, there was a notable difference in the performance of male and female students in the TS Inter exams. In the first year, the pass percentage for female students stood at 68.68%, whereas for male students, it was 54.66%.
Similarly, in the second year, female students maintained a higher pass percentage of 71.57% compared to male students, whose pass percentage was 55.6%. These statistics indicate a consistent trend of female students outperforming their male counterparts in the TS Inter examinations across both years.
