The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the date for the CTET December 2024 exam. The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) will take place on December 1, 2024. Starting from September 17, CBSE has opened the application process, which will remain available until October 16. The CTET December 2024 exam will be held in 136 cities across India and will consist of two papers. Paper 1 is for those aiming to teach Classes 1 to 5, while Paper 2 is for those targeting Classes 6 to 8.
Steps to complete the CTET December 2024 application:
1. Go to the official website: ctet.nic.in
2. Click on the “Apply for CTET December 2024” link.
3. Register by selecting the new registration option.
4. Complete the application form with the required details.
5. Pay the exam fee and upload the necessary documents.
6. Submit the form and download a copy for future reference.
The application fee for candidates in the General and OBC categories is Rs 1,000 for one paper and Rs 1,200 for both papers. For SC, ST, and differently-abled candidates, the fee is Rs 500 for one paper and Rs 600 for both.
