The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) is set to unveil the results for both class 10 and class 12 soon. These results will be accessible on the official website and DigiLocker app – cisce.org and results.digilocker.gov.in.
Students can conveniently obtain their digital mark sheets through DigiLocker, which has streamlined the process for easy access.
This year, the CISCE administered the ICSE (class 10) exam from February 21 to March 28, while the ISE (class 12) exam commenced on February 12 and concluded on April 3.
How to download your mark sheet via DigiLocker?
1. Visit the official website – digilocker.gov.in/installapp
2. Install the DigiLocker application on your device
3. Click on ‘Get started” and choose “Account creation’
4. Fill in the required information such as name, date of birth, email, and the 6-digit pin provided by your school
5. Verify the details and validate with the received OTP
6. Your DigiLocker account will be successfully activated
7. Upon result declaration, open the app and click on the result link
8. Enter your details and access your digital mark sheet
This year, students taking both the ICSE and ISE exams were given an additional 15 minutes for question paper reading time. The class 10 exam started at 11 am and lasted for two hours, while most class 12 exams were conducted between 2 pm and 5 pm.
The Council has discontinued compartment exams from this year. However, candidates have the opportunity to improve their scores in up to two subjects by taking improvement exams. Additionally, the option of answer sheet re-evaluation has been introduced, with students required to pay a fee of Rs 1,500 per subject for re-evaluation.
Last year, the passing percentage for the ICSE (Class 10) exam under CISCE was 98.94%.
