AIBE 19 Registration 2024 Update: The Supreme Court of India has permitted final-year law students to register for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 19, which is scheduled for November 24, 2024. Candidates have until October 25 to complete their AIBE registration. Admit cards for AIBE 2024 will be available starting November 18. In case of any errors in the application form, the Bar Council of India has allowed applicants to make corrections until October 30.

AIBE 19 Registration: Eligibility Criteria

– Candidates must possess a 3-year or 5-year law degree from a Bar Council of India-recognized institution.

– They must be registered with a State Bar Council as an advocate.

– There is no upper age limit, and candidates can attempt the AIBE 19 exam as many times as necessary to pass.

AIBE 19 Exam Details

– The passing marks are 45% for General and OBC candidates, and 40% for SC, ST, and disabled candidates.

– The exam, conducted as an open book exam, will take place across 140 centers in 50 cities. Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, has been added as a new exam center.

– The exam is 100 marks and covers various legal topics, including Constitutional Law, Indian Penal Code, Intellectual Property Law, Family Law, Evidence Act, Administrative Law, Cyber Law, Taxation, Contract Law, Property Laws, and more.
