Symphony Teleca Corporation (STC), the US-headquartered technology services company, has acquired Bangalore-based Aditi Technologies for an undisclosed amount. The combined entity will have 7,500 employees with operations spread across India, Europe and the US.
According to a release, Aditi will provide impetus to STC through its design and expertise in cloud-based technologies combining with the latter’s expertise in the areas of engineering, mobile and analytics. Aditi will continue to operate as a new division of Symphony Teleca Corporation.
