Ecole Hoteliere at Lavasa (LEH) partnered with School of Social Work, Rutgers University to deliver Certificate Program in Training Skills, which was focused on enhancing skills among working professionals across sectors. The programme allowed participants to learn proven techniques from trainers on designing and delivering effective training experiences. After the completion of this programme, attendees will be prepared to present and train in professional settings, including government organisations, corporations, educational institutions and non-profit organisations.
The agenda of conducting this programme was to increase knowledge retention and management skills of the participants. Professional executives and corporate leaders from diverse industries such as real estate, hospitality and representatives from universities, attended the programme.
Nathan Andrews, director, LEH, said, “The feedback from all attendees was positive and we look forward to collaborating with Rutgers University for many more such programmes.”
On completion of the programme, participants received certificates issued by Office Continuing Education, School of Social Work, Rutgers University.
