Waaree Energies Ltd on Wednesday announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas has received an order for the supply of 599 MW solar modules. 

In a regulatory filing, the company said, “This is to inform you that Waaree Solar Americas, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company has received an order on June 11, 2025 for supply of 599 MW solar modules from a renowned customer who is a developer and owner-operator of utility scale solar and energy storage projects across the United States.”

The company informed that the delivery of the module supply is scheduled to take place in the calendar year 2026. 

Shares of Waaree Energies were up 3.23 per cent at 12:20 pm to a trading price of Rs 2,930.00.

Earlier in April, Waaree Energies had released its January-March quarter result, reporting a growth of 34 per cent in consolidated net profit to Rs 619 crore, compared to Rs 461.5 crore in the corresponding period last year.

The company’s order book at the end of the quarter stood at 25 GW, with a total value of Rs 47,000 crore.

Waaree Energies’ Ebitda outlook for fiscal 2026 stood in the range of Rs 5,500 crore to Rs 6,000 crore, as per Amit Paithankar, the company’s whole-time director and chief executive officer. He further added that the quality of the company’s order book and execution capabilities will enable them to achieve these numbers.
