India has seen a 74% rise in mobile data traffic, generated by both 2G and 3G mobile broadband services, at the end of 2014 compared to the beginning of the same year, a study by Nokia Networks’ MBit Index says.
The rise in data use was driven by strong 3G growth (114% increase), coupled with 2G traffic growth of about 41%.
