KEC International, part of the RPG Group, has secured new civil orders worth Rs 1,236 crore. These orders include large-scale high-rise residential projects in western India from well-known real estate developers.
The new projects involve the development of over 50 lakh square feet of residential buildings, along with related facilities. These buildings will go up to G+70 storeys, marking a significant expansion for the company in the high-rise housing segment.
So far this financial year, KEC has recorded an order intake of over Rs 5,500 crore in the civil segment, representing a healthy growth of around 35 per cent compared to the same period last year.
KEC constructing over 70 high-rise buildings
Vimal Kejriwal, Managing Director and CEO of KEC International, said that the new orders have strengthened the company’s civil order book and expanded its client base. “With these orders, KEC is now constructing over 70 high-rise buildings for marquee clients across the country,” Kejriwal said.
