TCG's sirrus.ai launches AI platform for real estate industry.

sirrus.ai has launched its AI-driven prop-tech experience platform for the real estate industry to speed up sales, reduce manual tasks, digitise operations and offer better home buying experience for customers by harnessing AI, generative AI and cognitive AI. sirrus.ai, a B2B platform is seeded by The Chatterjee Group (TCG).

Sauvik Banerjjee, managing director and CEO of sirrus.ai, said sirrus.ai was seeded by TCG founder Purnendu Chatterjee to inject advanced technologies into the real estate industry. There is no end-to-end technology catering to the real estate industry domain and commodity software could not meet the needs of this industry, Banerjjee said. The real estate industry was old world, conservative and slow to adopt new technologies, though technology has been used in pockets and fragments, he said.  The industry is now warming up to adopt new technologies, he said. The company started with this vision to build real estate-specific technology for developers and brokers.

It has started with tools for prospect lifecycle management from the initial prospect stage to final possession. The AI-driven proptech platform enables speed to market, cost savings, predicting buyer intent and velocity in closure for the developer. Marketing collateral and 3D visualizations that would take weeks can be done in minutes, Banerjjee said.

Banerjjee said they have signed with six developers and went live three months ago. The initial focus is on Maharashtra, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh and then it will be rolled into other markets. There are around 10,000 active developers in the country and around 100 of them would be in Category A cities, while the remaining 9,900 are spread across the country without access to this kind of technology and would be potential customers for sirrus.ai’s  SAAS and PAAS cloud-based AI solutions.

The self-service app is easy to use and does not need technology teams. The company plans to add broker modules and expand into construction monitoring and other adjacent areas in the future.
