The 109 acres mega housing project of Vipul Limited on Ferozepur road, Ludhiana has been granted land use approval by the government of Punjab.
The integrated township is being developed in association with Solitaire Capital India, a real estate venture fund. The Rs 400 crore project will be only 20 minutes drive from the central business district of Ludhiana.

Amenities are being planned to cater to all needs of the residents – in order to make the township a self contained unit.
