Reliance Communications, Himachal Pradesh circle, launched the first site of the country under Universal Service Obligation (USO) at Kuther in Kangra district on Friday.

It will provide connectivity to 15 remote villages of Cheliyan, Nadholi, Jangal Khas, Kuther, Dol, Siuni, Trilokpur, Bagga, Tharoo, Anui Khas, Bharmara, Diala, Kaldun,Hariyan and Dul.

“As a telecom company that provides world class services through Reliance Mobile and Smart GSM Services in HP, our intent is to provide the best network to every single citizen of the state.

So every person in this state is truly empowered to benefit from our state of the art telecom technology,” said Rahul Chaudhary, chief operating officer, RCOM and RTL, HP Circle. Soon Reliance CDMA and GSM services network would be spread to the remotest and farthest corner of HP as the work progress is very fast, he added.
