All sectors of Panchkula Urban Estate have been made online in plot and property management module, and user ID and passwords have been issued to all allottees to enable them to see the detail of their property, anywhere, anytime and even the status of their property can be tracked on the net.

This was stated by administrator of Haryana Urban Development authority (HUDA), Panchkula. Neelam Pardeep Kasni on Friday said that with a view to provide speedy and efficient services in a transparent manner, authority had started a process of computerisation of all jobs related to the allottee in a phased manner.

She said that in first phase the web enabled application was developed by TCS. It comprised of two module. She said that single window services had also been established to address all queries of allottees.

Kasni said that application developed at a cost of Rs 97 lakh for Urban Estate Panchkula has also been used to monitor the movement of cases including the court cases by the supervising the officer and to add the convenience to the allottees.

Three banks were identified where allottees could deposit there dues. She said that earlier one bank located in HUDA office premises was assigned for the purpose.
