Desi ice cream
Everyone?s favourite dessert is ice cream. And keeping in mind its Indian costumers, Baskin Robbins, celebrating its 65th birthday, has released an ice cream flavour to titillate the Indian taste buds ? Kulfi ice cream. A combination of milk and malai, the Kulfi ice cream has the flavours of spices like cardamom, cinnamon and saffron. By launching this type of ice cream, Baskin Robbins also becomes the first international ice cream brand to offer ice creams specially tailored for Indians.

Belly satisfaction
The Mediterranean is always associated with good food and good wine. Sen5es at Oakwood Premier, Pune is hosting a Mediterranean food festival ?Selaam? from August 18 to 29. On offer are dishes like Samak sayadiyah, Koosa baschmel, Mishawee mishakel and Atayef. Also, keeping in mind the Mediterranean ambience, guests can also enjoy watching belly dance performances. Everyday, the festival will begin at 7 pm.

Wine ‘n’ Dine

Starting on August 18, Good Earth Winery will be offering a Prix Fixe menu (also known as ?table d?hote? menu), matched to wines. The objective is to promote wine and food pairings, be it Indian, Chinese or Western. The participating restaurants in Pune are Not Just Jazz by the Bay, All Stir Fry (Hotel Gordon House), Galaxy Grill (Hotel Seasons), Bohemia, Prem?s, Swig Bar and Eatery, Nisarg (Nal Stop).
