A cafe in central Paris that was targetted by ISIS gunmen in a storm of attacks in the French capital on November 13 has reopened.

According to ABC News, La Bonne Biere, a corner cafe in the trendy central Paris district targeted had been piled high with flowers, like the other sites of November 13 attack were 130 people were killed.

Paule Zlotnik, a neighboring shopkeeper, praised the decision, saying that it was time they open it and continue life as before.

In a surveillance video, two gunmen in black were seen calmly approaching La Bonne Biere that night, firing deliberately on the outdoor tables before turning back toward a car that could be seen rolling slowly behind them.
