MAN HOSPITALIZED ON BEING SHOT, EXTORTION ANGLE BEING PROBED

One person was injured on being shot at in Andheri East late on Friday. The victim, Vithoba, has been hospitalised. The shooter identified as Amjad Ismail Mujawar, has a lengthy crime record. The Andheri police are probing motive behind the crime.
