SC ALLOWS DELHI POLICE TO BUY 197 HEAVY DUTY VEHICLES

Supreme Court has allowed Delhi Police to purchase 197 heavy-duty vehicles which will be used for various activities, including VVIP security, but asked them to pay a 30 percent environment compensation charge on the total cost of vehicles.
