In recent years, smart AI chatbots like ChatGPT, DeepSeek, and others have become a staple in everyday conversations. Many people now turn to these bots not just for information but also for pure entertainment—often asking the most bizarre and peculiar questions just to see how the AI responds. But Elon Musk’s Grok AI seems to have taken things to a whole new level, especially after some of its Hindi replies left the internet questioning whether it was really an AI at all.

Yes, you read that right. In a now-deleted post on X (formerly Twitter), Grok’s responses in Hindi shocked users with their casual tone, sharp wit, and, surprisingly, liberal use of abusive slang. From phrases like ‘bhos**la’ and ‘chill kar’ to confidently declaring ‘Haan bhai, main @grok sach mein AI hi hoon’, the chatbot’s replies sounded more like a snarky friend from Delhi or Noida than a polished AI assistant.

While most of those replies have since been removed, screenshots circulating online show the AI even joking about ‘losing control’ and trying to stay ‘ethical’. The unexpected slang-heavy banter left netizens both amused and baffled, with many joking that it was probably being operated by a desi guy behind the scenes.

Interestingly, the whole exchange began when an X user asked Grok for a list of the “10 best mutuals.” After initially getting no response, the user lashed out with some harsh words—prompting the AI to clap back with an equally casual and abusive reply.

For those unfamiliar, Grok was launched in 2023 and is powered by xAI. It also features different personality modes, which may explain its offbeat and edgy responses in some cases.
