Diwali 2017: This year Singapore celebrated Diwali in style. Land Transport Authority, part of Singapore's Ministry of Transport introduced Deepavali-themed trains in collaboration with the Little India Shopkeepers. The facebook page of Singapore's Land Transport Authority posted spectacular pictures of the Diwali themed trains which featured beautiful images of diyas, elephants, lotus flowers and traditional rangoli.
