After years of frosty exchanges and diplomatic distance, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping came face-to-face on Sunday in Tianjin. The meeting came on the sidelines of the ongoing Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit.
