Neerja box office collections started with Rs 4.70 crore on day 1 and took Rs 7.60 crore on day 2 while day 3 contributed the best amount since release of Rs 9.71 crore. From Monday the take fell to Rs 3.70 crore, but since then it has not gone under Rs 3 crore on each subsequent day indicating that the film has lasting appeal for the discerning crowd.
