You might soon be able to share your own bundle of sticker packs! Yes, WhatsApp will bring a feature that allows users to create and share sticker packs. We all are fans of stickers and love to share them. From sharing stickers for expressing a situation to cracking a joke, it’s a great way to express your thoughts. Brownie points if you could share them! Now this will also be available for you. Here’s how.
Share your sticker packs!
As reported by WABetaInfo, the new feature was found in development on the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.24.22.13 update. Till now you could only use the stickers available in your Favorites folder. Also you could just add and custom stickers. This was not organised and in a random format. But now with the new feature you can create sticker packs and also share them all organized in a folder. Reportedly, the features are still at a Beta testing phase. So, where to find them? You can get the updates in the Google Play Beta programme.
But how does this feature exactly work? According to a screenshot you will get a new option named Add to sticker pack. You will get this on the pop-up card which will be displayed after you click on a sticker. The option will appear between the Edit sticker and Add to Favourites options. After you select the ‘Add to sticker pack’, you will get the option of ‘create sticker pack’. In this you will get a space for entering the name of the sticker pack. Now, enter the name and click on the save button. Your sticker pack is now all saved and ready for sharing.
In addition to this, you will also be able to Send or Remove any sticker from the pack. You just need to click on a three-dot button on the right of the custom sticker pack. Then select a sticker you want to share or remove .
