Samsung is gearing up for the Second Galaxy Unpacked event in 2025. Tech enthusiasts and consumers are eagerly expecting the launch of the rumoured devices like the Galaxy S25 FE and Galaxy Tab 11 alon with software upgrades like the One UI 8. Samsung already had a Galaxy Unpacked Event at the beginning of 2025 where it unveiled the Galaxy S25 series lineup, along with earbuds, watches and other devices.
Samsung’s second Galaxy Unpacked event of the summer is almost here, and will take place virtually on Thursday, September 4, at 5:30 am ET (3:00 pm IST).

Galaxy S25 FE
Samsung is gearing up for the launch of the S25 FE smartphone. Although it has not been confirmed by the company. It usually launches its Fan Edition smartphones in around September, and this should also be the case for the Galaxy S25 FE. The smartphone is expected to be powered by the Exynos 2400 processor, seen in the S24 series. As far as the cameras are concerned, it will sport a triple camera setup with a 50MP primary shooter, an 8MP 3x telephoto lens with OIS, and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens.
Additionally, the smartphone is expected to feature a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, and a 120Hz refresh rate. The S25 FE is also expected to come with a slightly bigger battery, with a 4,900mAh setup compared to the 4,700mAh battery on the last-generation device. The build quality and design of the smartphone would be similar to the S-series design language with a glass sandwich design and IP 69 support.
Galaxy Tab 11
Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S11 series, although not officially confirmed, is rumored to be launching in September event. The Tab 11 series, includes the Tab S11 and S11 Ultra both of which will be featuring AMOLED displays (11″ and 14.6″ respectively) with 120Hz refresh rates. Along with S-Pen, the tablets will be shipped. Moreover, some leaks also confirm Dolby Vision and HDR 10 support, which is an added bonus on the Samsung Display panel. Moreover these tablets will be Samsung’s premium tablets with Galaxy AI features.
Under the hood, the tablets will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, they offer up to 16GB RAM, 256GB storage, microSD support, and IP68 water resistance. The previous generation Tab 10 series came with the Dimensity 9300+ series. For users who need extra storage, SD card slots will be provided in both the devices. The Tab S11 packs an 8,400mAh battery, while the Ultra boasts 11,600mAh. Camera setups, although are different, with the Ultra offering dual rear sensors. Both will run the latest Android 16 with One UI 8 out of the box.
One UI 8
Although not yet officially confirmed but Samsung had confirmed earlier this year that it’s OneUI 8 will roll out by September. This timeline rightly coincides with the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked Event. Samsung’s One UI 8, set to be unveiled at the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event, will introduce a refined Android 16 experience with smarter personalizations and tighter security.
