Realme’s India-exclusive P-series is officially a go in India with prices starting as low as Rs 14,999 for the entry-level P1 and Rs 21,999 for the P1 Pro model. The P1 and P1 Pro follow a common design template — phoenix — and share a few specs like for instance, both have 5,000mAh batteries and support 45W fast charging.

Both have the same primary camera sensor— the 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 (the pro version has OIS) — and the same 16-megapixel selfie shooter. The P1 and P1 Pro both have a 120Hz display and an in-screen fingerprint reader for biometrics. Running the show in both phones is Realme’s UI 5.0 based on Android 14.

Where they differ from each other is in the choice of processor. The P1 has a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chip whereas the P1 Pro gets the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 under the hood. The pro variant also has a curved display while the P1 has a flat panel. Moreover, the Realme P1 Pro is IP65-rated. The P1 is only IP54.
