1.   Bright display: The OnePlus Open sports a 7.8-inch foldable AMOLED display on the inside and a smaller 6.3-inch cover display on the outside. The foldable display has a 120Hz refresh rate and both displays offer up to 2800 nits of brightness. 

2.   Powerful processor: The smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor coupled with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB of storage.

3.   Capable cameras: Alike the other foldable phones, this one too comes with lot of cameras. There are three rear cameras, one selfie camera and one of the outside. The rear camera set up includes a 48MP Sony LYT-T 808 main sensor, a 48MP ultrawide sensor, and a 64MP telephoto sensor. There’s a 20MP selfie camera on the inside and a 32MP selfie camera on the outside. OnePlus Open is the first foldable smartphone to debut the Sony LYT-T808 image sensors.

4.   Bigger battery: The Open has a bigger battery than its closest rival – Galaxy Z Fold 5. It is backed by a 4805mAh battery with 67W fast charging that is said to charge the phone from 0 to 100% in just 42 mins.

5.   Stylish design: The OnePlus Open showcases a stylish design. It has a metal framework and glass rear panel.

6.   Vibrant colours: The smartphone is available in vibrant colour options- Emerald dusk and Voyager black. The Emerald dusk is a green colourway reserved exclusively for OnePlus flagship series. It features a matte-frosted glass rear with micro-beads on the textured surface that allows for an elegant gradient of light and shadows when viewed from different angles. Meanwhile, Voyager Black features a more understated rear cover in vegan leather.

7.   Storage option: The OnePlus Open is available in just one storage option of 16GB+512GB.

8.   OnePlus slider: OnePlus is bringing its famous alert slider to the OnePlus Open. They’ve redesigned the slider to fit the phone’s slim 5.8mm folding body. Although the slider is a bit bigger now, the company says that it’s been moved to a more convenient spot on the side of the phone for easier one-handed use.

9.   Lightweight phone: The OnePlus Open weighs just 239 grams and measures 5.8mm when unfolded.

10. Price: OnePlus Open is priced at Rs 1,39,999 for the lone 16GB RAM + 512GB storage variant. The availability begins from October 27.
