India’s telco giant Reliance Jio is expanding its affordable 4G-supported feature phone lineup with the launch of JioBharat B1. The telco giant first introduced this lineup in July. This comes as the third addition to the lineup after ioBharat V2 and K1 Karbonn. 

The highlight of the phone is support for JioPay which allows users to make UPI payments. On the aesthetic side, it looks like a classic alphanumeric keypad feature phone with both matte and glossy finish and a 2.4” display. It also supports JioCinema and JioSaavn.

JioBharat B1 4G: specifications, features

JioBharat B1 features a design that combines both glossy and matte finishes. Its rear panel proudly showcases the Jio logo and a rectangular camera module. On the front, the smartphone sports a 2.4” display and a classic alphanumeric keypad. Notably, this 4G phone is language-friendly, offering support for 23 different languages.

What’s more, the JioBharat B1 is equipped with JioPay support, allowing users to effortlessly make UPI payments. Additionally, the phone includes FM radio support for entertainment on the go. Moreover, JioBharat B1 4G also supports JioCinema and JioSaavn. The powerhouse is a 2,000 mAh battery.

JioBharat B1 4G: price, availability 

The new JioBharat B1 4G comes at Rs 1,299 and is available to purchase the phone from Amazon India. It comes in a sole black variant. 

It doesn’t end here: the telco has also introduced exclusive data plans. There are two options to choose from: the Rs 123 plan and the Rs 1234 plan.

The Rs 123 plan offers unlimited calling along with 14GB of data, and it remains valid for 28 days. On the other hand, the Rs 1234 plan is an annual subscription, providing users with unlimited calling and 168GB of data for the entire year.
