Apple has kicked off a new promotional scheme to usher in the festivities in India, offering the AirPods at whopping fifty percent discount. Conditions apply, but you probably knew that already. Starting today, November 8, Apple will sell you the AirPods at half their price when you purchase a new iPhone 14 or iPhone 14 Plus. The company mentions that this is a limited time offer, valid until November 14.
So, it goes without saying that you’ll need to be up for buying the iPhone 14 or iPhone 14 Plus directly from Apple to be eligible for the hefty AirPods discount. The iPhone 14 starts at Rs 69,900. The iPhone 14 Plus price in India starts at Rs 79,900. (Though, you can get them for way cheaper on other e-commerce platforms like Flipkart.)
On the offer listing, Apple says you will be able to snag the third generation AirPods at fifty percent off under the scheme. “You can also upgrade to AirPods with a MagSafe Charging Case or AirPods Pro, just by paying the difference,” the company adds.
The third generation AirPods with Lightning charging case currently retail for Rs 19,900 while a version with MagSafe is priced at Rs 20,900.
In related news, Apple’s iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus are selling with deep discounts on Flipkart. The discounts can be up to Rs 12,901 on the iPhone 14 and Rs 15,901 on iPhone 14 Plus. When clubbed with bank offers and exchange bonus, you could buy the iPhone 14 for as low as a net effective Rs 13,249 and iPhone 14 Plus Rs 20,249.
