Amazon and Flipkart recently hosted their popular festival special sales. Amazon India, after its Great Indian Festival Sale, said that it was its biggest event since the year 2013 when it had launched in the country. Now, that Dussehra will be over, Amazon has decided to lure in more customers before the Diwali sale. Amazon India will now be organising another Great Indian Festival Sale from October 4. The 5-day sale will go on until October 8. Meanwhile, e-commerce giant Flipkart is also expected to announce another festive sale soon. Amazon has announced some previews of the deals and discounts which will be available for the sale next week.
Amazon has promised deals and offers on over 10 crore products on the website. Under the new Great Indian Festival Sale, Amazon India will offer a 10 percent additional cash back to users of Citibank credit and debit card. Additionally, there is a 15 percent cashback offer for customers who shop on the company website using the AMazon Pay app. The cashback will return to the Amazon Pay balance. The company said that “big deals” are on offer, of products and brands such as Samsung, Sony, HP, LG, Nokia, and Apple. The most interesting products under the sale will be the Apple iPhone and a PlayStation 4.
Additionally, other brands like OnePlus, Dell, Honor, and Vivo can also be seen on the banner posted by Amazon. Also, similar to the earlier sale, there will be No Cost EMI and exchange offer on products as part of its upcoming Great Indian Festival Sale as well.
Amazon had said that large appliance and mobiles were the best-selling devices in the sale. It had managed to sell 2.4 times more phones than the last Diwali sale.
