Apple is gearing up to unveil the iPhone 17 lineup later this year, which is expected to feature four variants: the regular iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, and a newly introduced slim-profile iPhone 17 Air—likely taking the place of the previous Plus model. In the latest issue of his Power On newsletter, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman recommended that Apple fans set aside the week of September 8, as it’s the most probable window for the unveiling and release of the next iPhone lineup. Ahead of the iPhone 17 series launch, the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro have seen significant price drops on Amazon.

Apple is projected to stick with its current pricing strategy for entry-level iPhones in 2025. Early reports suggest the iPhone 17 could launch in India with a starting price of around Rs 89,900. The newly added iPhone 17 Air is expected to cost close to Rs 99,900. Meanwhile, the high-end iPhone 17 Pro Max may be priced at approximately Rs 1,64,900, and the slightly lower-tier iPhone 17 Pro could retail for about Rs 1,39,900.
