Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, prominent figures in Bollywood, are orchestrating a significant move for their daughter, Raha Kapoor. They are finalizing the transfer of ownership of the illustrious Krishna Raj bungalow in Bandra, Mumbai, a property with ancestral significance tracing back to Ranbir’s grandparents, Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj.
Valued at Rs 250 crore, this iconic residence will be registered under Raha’s name, positioning her as the youngest and wealthiest star kid in Bollywood, as per recent reports.
Investing substantial personal funds, Ranbir and Alia aspire to craft this residence into their dream home, steeped in familial heritage, ensuring Raha’s upbringing in a place imbued with history. Upon completion, the bungalow is anticipated to escalate in value, surpassing the initial Rs 250 crore estimate.
Ranbir and Alia possess four other flats in Bandra, valued at over Rs 60 crore collectively. Speculations suggest that their forthcoming bungalow might rival the opulent residences of Bollywood stalwarts like Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan.
Neetu Kapoor, Raha’s grandmother, will also share ownership of this grand abode, by her late husband Rishi Kapoor’s wish for her to inherit half of his estate. Neetu Kapoor also owns a separate residence in Bandra valued at Rs 15 crore. The Kapoor family envisages residing together in their new abode, symbolizing their tight-knit familial bond and their commitment to providing Raha with a splendid home environment.
Ranbir Kapoor is slated to star in two highly anticipated films, “Ramayana” and “Animal Park,” while Alia Bhatt, the daughter of renowned director Mahesh Bhatt, is set to feature in “Jigra.”
