Kesar Kalash: Ingredients
Sugar 200 Gm
Khoya Pindi 800 Gm
Kesar 2 Gm
Cashewnut 50 Gm
Pista 50 Gm
METHOD
** Mix khoya, sugar, Kesar and cook in a thick bottom pan.
** Then let the mixture cold.
** Prepare the filling with khoya and dry fruits.
** Make balls from the mixture stuff with filling and give kalash shape.
