Sky Force Box Office Collection Day 8: Akshat Kumar-starrer Sky Force, released on January 24, 2025, with a decent opening over the weekend. However, it witnessed a decline in performance starting from Monday with the trend continuing over the weekdays. On Day 8, Sky Force earned Rs 0.53 crore according to the latest data. The India net collection of the movie has reached Rs 87.17 crore so far.
The box office collection for Sky Force over its first week has crossed a mark of Rs 86 crore. According to Industry tracker Scinailk, on Day 1 (Friday), it earned Rs 12.25 crore. The following day, Day 2 (Saturday), saw a substantial jump of 79.59 per cent, bringing in Rs 22 crore, followed by a 27.27 per cent increase on Day 3 (Sunday), which earned Rs 28 crore.
However, the numbers dropped sharply on Day 4 (Monday) by 75 per cent, with Rs 7 crore, and continued to decline on Day 5 (Tuesday) by 17.86 per cent, earning Rs 5.75 crore. Day 6 (Wednesday) saw a slight recovery with Rs 6 crore, up by 4.35 per cent, and Day 7 (Thursday) saw a slight dip of 6 per cent, with Rs 5.64 crore (approximate data).
Sky Force has generated significant attention, as it centers on the first and most lethal airstrike conducted by India during the 1965 India-Pakistan War. The plot follows Indian Air Force officer KO Ahuja, played by Akshay Kumar, as he embarks on a mission to locate his missing comrade, portrayed by Veer Pahariya. Directed by Sandeep Kewlani, the film is a collaboration between Maddock Films and Jio Studios.
In the film, Akshay Kumar stars as Wing Commander Kumar Om Ahuja, a committed Indian Air Force officer tasked with a crucial mission during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1965.
