The third season of the popular reality TV show ‘Bigg Boss OTT’ debuted on Jio Cinema Premium on Friday, June 21. The new season has made headlines for a variety of reasons as the season began with controversy, with Anil Kapoor taking over as host from Salman Khan and participant Armaan Malik arriving on the show with his two wives.
YouTuber Sagar Thakur, also known as Maxtern, has alleged that he was substituted at the last minute by Vadav Pav girl Chandrika Dixit. Maxtern took to Instagram to claim that he was in the running to appear on the reality TV show and accused the producers of deceiving him.
Maxtern in a video posted on his Instagram said, “Ek baar ko Kataria se karte toh samajh aata. Han chalo bhai ki fan following hai, Elvish bhai ki fan following, duniya bhar ki audience aayege, jio cinema ko audience chahiye toh samjh mein ata. Par bhai vada pav wali se replace. Baki guys koi nai. Aaj sapne pure na hue, baad mein zaroor honge. Koi nai guys.”
This translated to “I understand that being replaced by Love Kataria as personalities like Elvish have a huge fan base, and streaming platforms need their audience. However, being replaced by the Vada Pav Girl is disappointing. However, it’s okay! My dreams didn’t come true today, but there is always another day for new opportunities.”
“Jo mereko personal level pe jaante hai unko pata hai 2023 mere ott 3 ki baat chit shuru ho gaye the. Mereko vada pav wali se replace kar diya,” he added.
