Actress Anjelica Huston has landed a guest role on Amazon’s critically-acclaimed series “Transparent”.

The 64-year-old actress will star in three episodes of the hit show’s second season, creator Jill Soloway confirmed and she even hinted that Huston could be returning again for more, reported Variety.

“Maybe she’ll be back for season three,” Soloway said at Variety and Women in Film’s pre-Emmy party on Friday, teasing Huston’s character as a “new friend” for Jeffrey Tambor’s Maura.

“They have a lot of chemistry. It was palpable. I was directing them together and I was watching through the monitor,” she added.

Soloway’s series stars Tambor as Maura Pfefferman, a college professor who comes out as transgender to her confused family.

“Transparent” has been a major hit for Amazon, winning the Golden Globe Award for Best Television Comedy this past January.

The series has also been nominated for a number of awards at this weekend’s Emmys, including Best Comedy Series and Best Actor for Tambor.

The second season of “Transparent” will launch on Amazon Prime’s streaming service on Friday, December 4.
