Amitabh Bachchan’s wellness trainer Vrindaa Mehta had shared in an interview with Humans of Bombay that he starts with basic breath exercises, pranayams, and basic yoga stretches. Wellness trainer Shivohaam who also works with Bachchan revealed that he has an remarkable commitment to fitness.

According to Shivohaam, he does take out the time, whether it’s morning, afternoon, or evening and sometimes even between meetings too.

He is also very disciplined about his diet. In one of his blog posts, the veteran actor shared that he begins his day with tulsi leaves, followed by a breakfast featuring items like protein shakes, almonds, porridge, or coconut water.

Other favourites include gooseberry juice and dates, providing a power-packed start to his mornings with a mix of healthy nuts and proteins.

Big B has quit eating non-veg dishes, sweet items and rice. According to him, skipping desserts and limiting sugar intake have been significant lifestyle changes that help him maintain his fitness and avoid risks like obesity.
