Belly fat or abdominal fat is not just skin; it is fat in the abdomen area. This fat lies inside your abdomen and surrounds internal organs. According to nutritionist Rupeet Kaur, Founder and CEO at Diet Ryt, belly fat carries heavy health risks.

“In case those extra inches around your waistline make you uncomfortable, here are some tips. Though it is very difficult to lose fat from a targeted area without affecting the overall body,” Kaur told Financial Express.com.

Here are some drinks that can help reduce belly fat:

  • Green tea: Green tea is obtained from unoxidized leaves of the ‘Camellia sinensis’ plant. It is generally considered a healthier version of tea, as it goes through fewer processing steps as compared to black tea. It has an abundant amount of flavonoid.   • Aloe vera: Aloe vera is a versatile plant from the succulent family. It holds a significant place in Ayurveda due to its therapeutic properties.
