KPMG in India has joined forces with the Harvard Business School Publishing Corporation (HBSPC) to jointly introduce the ‘Road to Leadership’ Programme, as officially announced by both entities. The programme is designed for mid-level managers seeking to transition into leadership roles, as per the official announcement. 

As per the statement, the programme is for mid-level managers aspiring to leadership positions face a multifaceted challenge, involving aligning organisational strategy with daily tasks, fostering effective cross-functional collaboration and overcoming personal obstacles and self-doubt. 

‘The Road to Leadership,’ a collaborative initiative between KPMG in India and HBSPC, aims to equip mid-level managers and motivated professionals with the skills and expertise needed to address leadership challenges within their organisations.

The programme includes individual executive coaching to assist learners in formulating a personal action plan that tackles their barriers to leadership. Leveraging HBSPC’s extensive leadership learning experience and KPMG in India’s industry-specific knowledge, the programme claims to present an opportunity for participants to enhance their competitive edge and refine their leadership style.

The release further stated that an additional feature of the programme is the flexibility for professionals to study while working, allowing them to apply acquired knowledge to their current roles and determine the most effective leadership styles.
