The Congress party on Monday said Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Chouhan must either resign or be sacked immediately to ensure a fair and independent probe into the Vyapam scam.
“When Technical Education Minister can be arrested, why can’t Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister be investigated, particularly so when he was Minister in-charge? For a fair, just and independent probe into the Vyapam scam, CM Shivraj Chouhan must be immediately sacked or he must resign,” said Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala.
