Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Friday expressed his grief over the bus mishap that occurred in Tonk, Rajasthan, after a high tension wire connected with a bus, resulting in heavy casualties.
The official twitter handle of Gandhi’s office shared his views.
“Very sad to hear about the tragedy in Tonk, Rajasthan.My condolences to the families who lost their loved ones in this incident:Rahul Gandhi,” it posted.
Earlier in the day, a bus carrying a wedding party met with disaster when a high tension wire fell on the vehicle on the outskirts of Tonk in Rajasthan. Officials have said that 30-35 people have lost their lives in the mishap.
