A Delhi court on Tuesday ordered an FIR against AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal for defacement of public property, Bar and Bench reported. The case pertains to allegations of misusing public funds for putting up large hoardings, adding to the party’s mounting legal troubles. Kejriwal is currently out on bail in the alleged Delhi liquor policy scam.

The complaint, citing violations of the Delhi Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 2007, alleges that Kejriwal and others put up unauthorised hoardings in Dwarka, the report further stated.
