The ‘Coffee Cheese Pastry’ is rich in cream and has a filling of coffee besides carrying the lure of crunchiness at the bottom and middle layer of the pastry .It priced at Rs. 75 plus taxes at M-Lounge, Mosaic Hotels, Noida and is available till September 6th,2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Coffee Cheese Pastry: Recipe 

Ingredients 

Cream Cheese 350 Gm

Icing Sugar 175 Gm

Eggs 2 No

Rich Cream 650 Gm

Gelatin 30 Gm

Coffee Powder 50 Gm

Biscuit 4 Pcs

Butter 50 Gm

Method 

Base: Crumble biscuit arrange in mould’s base, melt butter and pour on top of crumbled biscuits

Filling: Whisk eggs add cream cheese, icing, sugar, whipped rich cream, coffee powder and finally gelatin.  Pour the filling on top of base and let in fridge to set.

Cut pastries.

Serve cold.
