The Canadian Experience Class is intended for talented workers with Canadian work experience who want to become permanent residents.

To be qualified, you must meet all of the minimal standards for Canadian skilled job experience and language fluency.

To be eligible for the Canadian Experience Class, you must have completed at least one year of paid skilled work in Canada (or an equivalent amount of part-time employment) within the three years preceding your application. Additionally, you must have earned this work experience while permitted to work in Canada as a temporary resident.

Your skilled work experience must be compensated, including salary or earned commissions, and cannot include volunteer labor or unpaid internships.

Furthermore, you are ineligible for the Canadian Experience Class if you have worked without authorization and your job experience was gained when you were not in Canada on temporary residency status.

In October, one Provincial Nominee Program draw results were declared. On October 7, 2024, 1,613 invitations were sent with a cut-off score fixed at 743.
