ClickPost, a multi-carrier shipping software company and Porter, an Indian logistics company  have announced partnership. This partnership aims to provide services to eCommerce businesses, companies, and individual shippers.

The company plans to combine ClickPost’s shipment tracking and resolution workflow with Porter’s tech-enabled logistics solutions to ensure faster deliveries and exceptional post-purchase experiences, optimising omnichannel operations and hyperlocal deliveries.

Naman Vijay, the co-founder at Clickpost, says that this partnership is to cater customer satisfaction for Indian brands by enhancing efficiency, and accuracy.

Porter’s logistics solutions claim to provide a spectrum of intra-city and inter-city services utilising a network of fleets across 20+ cities for on-demand deliveries. while ClickPost works to ensure successful deliveries and high customer satisfaction through granular delivery updates and NDR processes. 

This alliance optimises hyperlocal delivery services for Atlys and Boodmo. The Porter and ClickPost partnership is to improve delivery mechanisms, boost speeds, and enhance consumer satisfaction. 

Both the companies have strategically partnered to utilise their brand specific services, and to curb Fraudulent deliveries with its OTP-based cancellation module. 

ClickPost has announced to introduce a seamless returns experience with a self-serve returns portal designed to collect customer feedback. It also has a returns app for Shopify merchants called ClickPost Returns Plus.
