Adani Enterprise has raised Rs 1,000 crore through the sale of bonds, says a Reuters report. The bonds have a maturing period of 2.5 years. The company will pay a semi-annual coupon of 8.70 per cent on the issue and has invited commitment bids on Tuesday, Reuters reported. 

Reuters reports that the bonds will be placed directly with investors, with large mutual funds likely to be the primary buyers. Further, the notes are rated AA- by ICRA and follow a retail bond sale conducted three months ago.

Adani Enterprises Q1 results

All eyes are now on the Adani Q2 results. In the first quarter, this key Adani Group company had reported a 44.9 per cent YoY decline in its consolidated net profit to Rs 976.48 crore in Q1 FY26. 

The company’s revenue from operations also declined  13.96 per cent YoY in the quarter. The company posted a total revenue of Rs 21,916.20 crore
