Between 2022 and 2023, the share of job postings requiring at least one green skill grew by a median of 22.4%. In fact, as per NITI Aayog’s estimates, India’s EV industry is expected to create around five million jobs by the end of the next decade.
With its multifaceted requirements spanning analytics, hardware, technology, and marketing, the sector is attracting a workforce of both future-minded young professionals and experienced change managers – eager to reimagine the future of mobility.
