BNW Developments has signed an agreement with MAN Construction, which is part of the Masah Group, to build its new waterfront project called Aqua Arc in Ras Al Khaimah.
The deal marks the start of a long-term partnership between BNW Developments and Masah Group. BNW Developments has a project portfolio worth over AED 22 billion. Masah is a well-known contracting company in the Gulf region and has delivered several large construction projects.
Leaders from both companies attended the signing ceremony. Those present from Masah included Mohammed Abdul Nayeem, Chairman of Masah Holdings and MAN Construction, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Sulaiman Alhabib, Vice Chairman, Althaf Kazi, CEO and Managing Partner, Mirza Naseem Beg, CEO and Managing Partner, and Mohammed Misbah, Advisor to the Chairman. From BNW Developments, Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Founder, and Vivek Anand Oberoi, Managing Director and Co-founder, were present.
Masah Group has worked on major projects in healthcare, marine, and aviation infrastructure, including Ajdan Rise, Sulaiman Al Habib Hospitals, Almoosa Specialist Hospitals, and the Red Sea Global Terminal.
Mohammed Abdul Nayeem said the project is an important step for Masah and that it shares BNW’s goal to build large community projects.
Aqua Arc is planned for Al Marjan Island’s coast. Ankur Aggarwal said Masah’s experience with complex projects made it the right partner for this development. Vivek Anand Oberoi said Masah’s work fits BNW’s plans for building new projects in Ras Al Khaimah.
BNW Developments is also planning to expand into Saudi Arabia in 2026.
