LinkedIn’s list of top 15 workplaces in India to grow your career has recognised airline company, Akasa Air, as the top eighth company with outstanding workplace environment and career growth opportunities.
The rank has been given to the company in the midsize category, that is companies with fewer than 5,000 employees in India.

Flight Attendant, Aerospace Engineer, Customer Service Executive are the most common job titles at Akasa Air while Operations, Engineering, Business Development are the largest job functions.
In order to generate this list, LinkedIn has considered factors such as how employees are getting promoted, gaining new skills, among others. Moreover, LinkedIn uses data to rank companies based on eight pillars that have been shown to lead to career progression, namely ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity, educational background and employee presence in the country.
