Hoax bomb threat spree
Last week, according to police officials, multiple museums in Delhi received bomb threats that were later determined to be false alarms. Authorities reported that approximately 10-15 museums, including the Railway Museum in Delhi, received bomb threats via email. Upon receiving this information, police promptly responded to the locations.
Following thorough investigation, officials confirmed that the emails were hoaxes, and no explosives were found in any of the museums. In recent times, various institutions in the national capital, including schools, colleges, hospitals, and airports, have been targeted with similar hoax bomb threats. In May, two colleges affiliated with Delhi University also received false bomb threats.
