The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has constituted Sebi Advisory Committee on Mutual Funds, which will be headed by Janki Ballabh. The 14-member committee includes new members such as A Balasubramanian of Birla Sunlife MF, S Nagnath of DSP Blackrock and Vikaas Sachdeva of Edelweiss MF. Ashu suyash of Fidelity MF, Milind Barve of HDFC MF and G S Sood, president of Society of consumer and investor protection are no longer members of the new committee. Only three members?HN Sinor, Dhirendra Kumar and Monica Halan? from the previous committee continue to be members in the new committee. Previous committee on MF was headed by former Sebi chairman SA Dave.
